Creating a workflow
You select the workflow stages to comprise a workflow in a workflow form.
To create a workflow, go to
Applications > Content > web Content Management
and then click
New > Workflow
.
Defining identification details for the workflow
Specify identification information for the workflow, including the name, title and description of the workflow.
Specify a location for the workflow
When creating a workflow you can specify the location of the workflow.
Define the workflow
You define a workflow by selecting a set of workflow actions and defining related properties.
Define additional workflow properties
Specify properties for the workflow, including the list of authors and owners associated with the workflow.
Defining workflow access settings
Specify the access control settings for the workflow to determine which users have access to the workflow and their level of access.
