Creating a workflow stage

A workflow stage is composed of a set of selected workflow actions.

To create a workflow stage, go to Applications > Content > web Content Management and then click New > Workflow Stage.
  1. Defining identification details for the workflow stage
    Specify identification information for the workflow stage, including the name, title and description of the workflow stage.
  2. Specify a location for the workflow stage
    When creating a workflow stage you can specify the location of the workflow stage.
  3. Defining workflow stage properties
    A workflow stage is composed of a set of selected workflow actions.
  4. Define additional workflow stage properties
    Specify properties for the workflow stage, including the list of authors and owners associated with the workflow stage.
  5. Defining workflow stage access settings
    Specify the access control settings for the workflow stage to determine which users have access to the workflow stage and their level of access.
